Related Party Transactions Related Party TransactionsThe Company has Advanced Diagnostics contracts with HOOKIPA Pharma, Inc., an entity with whom a director of the Company, Michael A. Kelly, was a director of until April 7, 2023. In connection with these contracts, the Company recognized $0.2 million of revenue in the Consolidated Statements of Operations for the six months ended June 30, 2023. Revenue recognized in connection with these contracts for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and both the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 was immaterial.
